Return & Replacement Policy
At Echo of Ease, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with each purchase. However, due to the custom-made nature of our products through trusted print partners, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than damaged or defective items.
Replacement for Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive an item that is damaged or has a manufacturing issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Kindly provide photos of the item and a description of the issue, and we will work directly with our print partners to ensure you receive a replacement or refund if necessary.
Return Eligibility:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order for any approved cases.
- Final sale items are not eligible for returns.
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. The original shipping fee will not be refunded.
Restocking Fee:
- A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned items.
